Seller

Unsittable is developed and licensed by IP BEKNAZAROV, an individual entrepreneur registered in Kazakhstan. In these terms, "we" or "us" means IP BEKNAZAROV.

Purchase

Purchases of Unsittable are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record for the transaction, with Stripe supporting payment processing. When you buy, you also agree to the terms presented by Lemon Squeezy at checkout, which govern the sale itself, invoicing, and payment. These terms govern your license to use the software.

License grant

For a one-time payment of $19, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use Unsittable on up to 3 Macs that you own or control, for your own personal use.

Updates

All updates within the 1.x version line are included in your purchase at no extra cost. A future major version (2.0 or later) may be offered as a separate paid upgrade. You are never required to install an update to keep using the version you already have.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or transfer your license to another person. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Unsittable, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by mandatory law, such as statutory interoperability rights.

Safety and fitness

Unsittable is a break-reminder and movement-prompt app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or fitness advice. Consult a physician before starting any new physical activity, including squats. If squats are not suitable for you, use the timed-break option instead; it is a full alternative, not a penalty. Every break screen has a working exit: a timed fallback, a hold-to-escape control, and a keyboard shortcut. Stop immediately and use an exit if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the refund policy presented at checkout by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, together with any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to your purchase and cannot be waived, such as a statutory withdrawal right for digital content where it applies and has not been validly waived at purchase.

Disclaimer of warranty

Unsittable is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you non-waivable consumer protection rights, this section does not remove or reduce those rights, and they continue to apply alongside these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address. Changes apply going forward and do not remove rights you already had for a purchase already made.
